Here&#039;s why hyphenated domain names are NOT the best way forwards...

Hyphenated url&#039;s don&#039;t look professional. They&#039;re much harder for people to remember. They look like spam. They don&#039;t look very appealing in the search results pages. 

When you tell people what your domain name is over the phone or away from your PC you have to keep on saying &quot;hyphen&quot; every time you repeat your name (sounds like some kind of speech defect after a while).

Hyphens don&#039;t help your search engine positioning. Search engines will still find the keywords in your domain name.

I&#039;m sure others will disagree but this is what I firmly believe.
